We just love what we do.
We use real lemons and not artificial lemon flavouring.
We use butter, and not butter flavoured shortening.
We use real whipping cream, and not an edible oil substitute.
We do not use additives, preservatives or fillers.
Located in downtown Burlington, we believe in scratch baking using only real butter and real cream, Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste and couverture chocolate. We do not use fillers, additives or preservatives.
MollyCake was born out of a love for all things baked.Christine’s creativity has finally found a place to shine. Having graduated from the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts, Christine has been taught by some of the best cake designers in the country and loves using her experiences to design custom cakes and sweets for your special occasions.

MACARON: Scratch baked and hand piped, each macaron is packed with flavour using real fruit and flavours to offer you the freshest flavours (Vanilla, Lemon, Chocolate, Pistachio, Coconut & Raspberry).
PIES: Molly has got awesome pie collection for you! Select one of her flavours from her menu, both cream flavours & fruit flavours. All of the pies are made from real butter.
CAKES: Molly bakes customised cake according to your customised order & requirement. Have a look at some of her cakes.
