Jennifer Phillips is Keynote Speaker & Market Strategy Director, Marketing Cloud at Salesforce. She has been in the marketing industry for over 15 years and with Salesforce for over 7 years. The goal at Salesforce is to better connect businesses with their consumers. Jennifer enjoys the challenge of understanding the business need while implementing and refining solutions that deliver something great to the customer, the employee, the executive, and the organization as a whole.
James Whittaker’s career spans academia, start-ups and top tech companies and starts in 1986 as the first computer science graduate hired by the FBI. James then worked as a freelance developer, most notably for IBM, Ericsson, SAP, Cisco and Microsoft, specializing in test automation. He joined the faculty at the Florida Institute of Technology where he continued his prolific publication record in software testing and security. In 2002 his security work was spun off by the university into a startup which was later acquired by Raytheon. James is known for being a creative and passionate leader and sought after speaker and author. Of his five books two have been Jolt Award finalists and one a best-seller. Nina E. Mishkin, Sr. Manager, Content Planning & Strategy. Nina is responsible for developing content strategies with brand and agency partners at Twitter, helping marketers build insight based content strategies that drive brand and business value. As a part of this she runs The Planning Studio, interactive studio sessions designed to help the Fortune 100 ‘win the moment’ on Twitter. Prior to joining Twitter in 2015, Nina was Director of Digital & Social Content at American Express, where she managed the brand’s content strategy, leading the development of award-winning programs like #PassionProject, which celebrated unique doers and makers making a difference in the world, and #EveryDayGenius, a content series that served up life hacks to connect with the next generation of Card Members. Earlier, Nina received the Chairman’s award for innovation when she helped launch “Twitter Sync” in 2012, which marked Amex’s foray into social commerce.
