The Auburn Hills BBQ Cook-off is the only event in Southeast Michigan to be sanctioned by both the governor of Michigan and the Kansas City Barbecue Society. This year the competition will host over 30 teams and some of the most renowned pit masters, according to MyFoxDetroit.com.
