Immune Booster Tonic
Here is one of my fave simple juice shots that will boost your immune system all year round!
It seems like everywhere I go there’s someone with a sniffle, a sneeze or a cough. If you live in Canada like I do, then you know first hand that Canadian winters can bring on the most dreadful colds & flus. So to help keep our immune systems strong, I am fuelling our family with Immunity Booster Juice Shots!

What they are is a potent shot (small dose) of juice, herbs & spices that give an incredible healthy boost to the body. You can create booster juice shots for immunity, for skin, for energy and so much more!
The issue with the booster juice shots is that typically you need a juicer to make one! But the reality is that so many of us either don't have a juicer or if we do have one, we don't have the time to get into the whole juicing process.
Here’s one of my fave Immunity shots courtesy of @ljclarkson that’s potent & juicer-free!
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, pulp removed if desired
- 1/2-inch piece ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons Manuka honey
- 1/2-inch fresh turmeric, grated (or pinch of ground turmeric)
Whisk all the ingredients in a small jug until combined. Pour into a serving glass or serve as multiple shots.
