Journal your way to a Better YOU

"Insight occurs when, and to the degree that, one knows oneself."

Andrew Schneider

“The future belongs to those who prepare for it today.”

INSIGHTS happen only when we shift to a higher, more inclusive perspective. As we grow in wisdom and experience, we become less attached to the form of reality and more aware of its spiritual side - its qualities, values and meaning. As we get to know ourselves as souls, we begin to let go of the self-consciousness of the ego. This allows us to more effectively include others and work with the whole picture.

When there is more in sight, we get more insights. Journaling brings us home to ourselves. When we shut out other voices, we gain clarity about who we really are and what we really want. We find our power, our focus and our passion.

Journal your Way

When we look to others for advice, we get drawn down their path. What's right for them is not always best for us. That's why so many of us feel so stressed, lost, confused, unsatisfied and unhappy.

To find our own way, we need to look inside. We need to find our own answers to make sense of our lives. Journaling your thoughts helps you find those answers,

"We are not what we know. We are what we are willing to learn."

Journaling enables us to capture our insights. One of the tools we use in my coaching sessions is the I Am Journal - A place to access your own inner wisdom by tapping into your subconscious and intuition. In this journal, we develop the I AM Alphabet by writing down positive adjectives to complete the sentence I Am.. for each letter of the alphabet.

Once a day we write a few sentences using random words from the alphabet to confirm our new relationship with ourselves, declaring positive statements about ourselves. It is very much like a gratitude journal about YOU.

I Am strong, capable, driven, successful, happy, authentic, fearless,

The habit of journaling positive affirmations of oneself may, at first; seem unreal to our subconscious, however with consistent daily writing we shift our thought process and the story we write becomes our new reality. There are so many beautiful ways you can create within the pages of your I Am Journal and as a Happiness Coach, I can help you with that, but the first step is to...

Start your I Am Journal today and begin a new relationship with yourself to release stress, blocks, negative emotions, and spark imagination with greater vision.

Go deeper...Reach higher.

Explore the depths of your authentic self to release the fears, limiting beliefs and pains that hold you back from being the best you can be.
