Trial By Combat INTERVIEW
A Kansas man demanded Trial By Combat in his divorce, in response to his treatment by the family court. I interviewed him in this video.
David Ostrom demanded Trial By Combat in family court.
David Ostrom, 40, of Paola, Kansas, made the demand in a motion filed with an Iowa court, seeking to resolve a custody dispute. Noting that his ex-wife and her attorney have “destroyed [him] legally,” Ostrom wrote that:
"I now wish to give them the chance to meet me on the field of battle, where I will REND THEIR SOULS from their corporal bodies"
I had a chance to sit down with Mr. Ostrom and talk with him about his experiences asking the court for Trial By Combat. We had some laughs and some surprising moments.
