Sometimes when I use this remedy I soak for much longer and apply an arnica massage oil right after for greater healing and relief.

If magnesium levels become too low it can create muscle stiffness and tightness, which leads to aches and pains throughout the body or particular areas we use often. One of the best ways to relieve sore muscles is by taking a magnesium supplement.
How to Use the Remedy
Magnesium supplements come in the form of tablets, oral oils, and in powdered form that you dissolve in water and drink. The quickest acting form is the powdered form you dissolve in water and you drink. I prefer this method because I find relief within 20 to 30 minutes after drinking the magnesium supplement.
