Discovering the true essence of YOU

On my journey of discovering the true essence of ME....I met many incredible mentors and coaches. I found my purpose for being here.

Being raised in a 'normal' dysfunctional family, my role as facilitator became clear around the age of 11. The problem with being so involved in keeping the pieces together for everyone else is I forgot about myself and quickly developed a pattern of survival. It worked for years or so I thought, until one day; in the quiet of the moment; I realized life was swiftly moving forward and I was not.

The one constant that resided deep within my soul was the determination to learn from my experiences. I know now that I was never alone, there was a bigger force in play keeping me safe and guiding me forward toward my true essence. It would take many ups and downs, ebbs and flows and eventually the pieces began to connect.

I Am I Can

If I could help even one girl, one woman, travel the road of life with less pain and more ease than I had experienced, I would be accomplishing my purpose. I am happy to say that there have been many girls, women, and men that I have had the privilege to work with and I am grateful that I continued to listen to the voices inside that lead to me the incredible coaches and mentors in my life.

I CAN

At 35, I went back to school and got my Masters in Psychology. I studied philosophies, cultures, religions, and ideologies, and still do. Each one of my detours off the main road of life enriched my empathy and compassion towards others, and today I am building my business as a Professional Coach and Certified Happiness Coach.

In 2004, I founded my business I Am I Can Self Enrichment Centre

"Coaching is about improving an individual's capacity to focus, learn, and innovate. You cannot teach a person anything; you can only help them find it within." - Galileo Gallilei

My Coaching Practice

As your Coach. I will help you discover that unique, one of a kind gift you have to offer the world, by being connected to your true passion. That 'thing' that makes you excited to get out of bed every day. Happiness is a state of mind, a choice we make.

As your Coach, I will help you design a plan to enrich all areas of your life, working together to eliminate old paradigms and rediscover the authentic person you already are. You can find your true essence one day at a time, one small step at a time. It all begins with YOU and one day you will say,

"I Am amazing, brave, and courageous, I Can do everything I choose to be and have a happy and successful life."

Become the best version of ourselves

MY VISION

"To help others raise their perception of self love so that they excel on their life journey, with more ease and flow. When we know who we are and honour our gifts and talents, we work from a place of passion and love for Self and others. We step into our personal power and become the best versions of ourselves. We feel positive and happier with who and where we are, and that is SUCCESS."
