There are millions of women struggling with the emotional, psychological and physical repercussions of pelvic floor challenges. I took my top exercises from my Kegel Buff Muff program and I put them into a 28 day app based challenge that reminds you daily, tells you what to do, shows you what to do and allows you to collect points based on what you complete.  There is also a chat area where you can ask questions and receive coaching from me as well as motivation from others.

This 28 day challenge will help you finally get clarity on the elusive kegel and teach you how to activate your pelvic floor appropriately and then add it to movement (because regular kegels are boring!)
