No-Bake Orange Berry Crumble

YUM! A tasty and healthy dessert with the best part being it's no-bake!
Ingredients for the crumble
-1/2 cup of gluten-free flour
-1/3 cup large-flake old fashioned quick oats
-1/4 cup chopped raw almonds or cashews
-3 tbsps coconut sugar
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-1/8 tsp salt
-1/3 cup of coconut oil
-1 cup of blackberries
-1 cup of blueberries
-1/3 cup of raspberries
-1 orange zest and juice
-1/2 cup of plain yogurt
What To Do
In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, nuts, sugar and seasonings and stir to blend.
In a skillet, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in flour mixture.
Return to medium heat and stir until strudel/crumble is as toasted as you would like. Transfer to a bowl.
Cool and store in a sealed container at room temperature for up to one week.
In a large bowl combine berries and orange zest and juice.
Gently toss and divide among 4 serving bowls.
Sprinkle toasted crumble over top.
Serve with a dollop of yogurt.
