Colourful Radish Salad
This colourful salad is bursting with flavours, and can be a health addition to any meal.
- 1 bunch of radishes
- an avocado
- 2 potatoes cooked and firm
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 lemon's juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch of sweetener
- salt and pepper
First cook and peel the potatoes, and cut them into slices.
Next, cut the radishes and onions into thin strips. You can also chop the parsley and cube the Avocado.
Take everything an add them to a bowl. Add the lemon juice and olive oil to taste, and then add a pinch of sweetener, salt, and pepper.
All that's left is to mix and enjoy!
