Super Spinach Salad
Enjoy this spinach salad recipe that is quick and easy to make.
Spinach is a superfood that is low in calories and loaded with nutrients and lots of health benefits.
- 1 1/2 Cup of spinach
- 1 Cup of mushrooms
- 1/2 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 Cup White vinegar
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1 chopped Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
First, make sure to thoroughly clean your spinach and mushrooms, and place them in a bowl.
Next we make the dressing. Combine the herbs and spices with the vinegar and olive oil and mix thoroughly. If you like any specific flavour more feel free to add more of what you like!
Finally add the dressing to the spinach and mushrooms and mix. Add the salt and pepper to taste and you are done!
