How many people can say they drink at least 8 glasses of water each day? With busy schedules at work and at home it takes a lot of effort to think about drinking all the water our bodies need and sometimes we simply forget! Water is one of the best ways to hydrate but every person is different. If you aren’t sure if you get the recommended 8 glasses there are other ways to know if you are drinking enough. The best way is to look at the color of your urine. If it is a pale yellow then you are set! You may also notice that your skin will have more elasticity and your head won’t be foggy. Don’t like the taste of water? Add a squirt of lemon or lime, mint or cucumber. You don't necessarily need to drink 8 full glasses as long as you feel good, but why not give it a try and see what happens! Add a few more ounces to your day and you might be amazed!
