Watching White Manna Burgers as They’re Being Made on the Grill

Here’s a cool video, almost 20 minutes long, of burgers being made at the counter White Manna, thanks to a You Tube posting at “Travel Thirsty”.
For me, it’s much calmer watching from a comfortable distance. It is true that I do not get to taste the food this way, but I also do not have to worry about whether I have observed proper White Manna protocol (There is a particular way to order. Pray for one who enters unaware for the unwritten and unexplained rules of etiquette of the place).
I suppose one could make the case that learning as you go is a good life lesson. After all, in life, as at White Manna, there is no manual to prepare you.
Anyway, the video is worth a watch, and White Manna is always worth the trip (even with the “unique” ordering process):
