Hip Sequence Moves for Better Pelvic Health
These exercises are all done on the floor and also help for women experiencing Incontinence, Prolapse and Pelvic Pain.
First, some Exciting News
It is the annual canfitpro conference, Canada’s premier Fitness Trade Show in Toronto, August 10 – 14 and it is a live event for the first time in two years.
I am so excited for it to be back in person again!
I will be teaching my certification course as a pre-conference intensive on Wednesday/Thursday, and then the conference begins Friday and goes to Sunday. I will be teaching a workshop every day, as well as attending other workshops to continue my own learning.
The most exciting part is...
I will be on the TV show The Social on Monday! It airs live at 1 pm EST on CTV. I will send a link if you can't catch it live. I am excited to have been invited and that I can say the word vagina and use my props! TV often shies away from this (which is ridiculous).

I try to upload a new exercise video each week, however, as you can see this upcoming week will be a busy and exciting one for me, so I am not sure I will have time to do another video, but you can check out all my training videos on my YouTube Channel.
