The Adult Strength and Conditioning Program at Whistle Bear is a six week program that is designed to accomplish the following:
- Increase your ability to endure longer bouts of exercise at higher intensities.
- Delay the onset of fatigue, to go longer with less effort.
- Develop greater bone and joint strength.
- Get into the habit of training regularly in 2019.
-Increase the efficiency of your neuromuscular system (brain to muscle efficiency).
- Improve your body’s capacity to build strength.
- Build greater overall resiliency and durability.
- Decrease body fat and increase lean muscle tissue.
In order to accomplish the above objectives, the program will be divided into two phases:
Phase 1 (Week’s 1-3): Training for Muscular Endurance
Phase 2 (Week’s 4-6): Hypertrophy Training
Times: 7:15am to 8:00am on Tuesday and Thursday and 5:30pm to 6:15pm on Thursday
Program Length: 6 Weeks – January 29th to March 7th

Training Group Size of 6:
Total program price for 6 weeks of training 1x per week = $102+HST
Total program price for 6 weeks of training 2x per week = $193.80+HST
Prices will be reduced with a group size larger than 6
