There are plenty of fitness workouts out there that work different parts of the body, each aiming towards a specific result. Yet, 9Round delivers a 30-minute workout that's able to transform your entire body, regardless of your initial strength level.
9Round is a fitness center that uses kickboxing as its themed workout program which incorporates interval, cardiovascular, functional, and circuit training regimens aimed specifically at exercising the entire body. The center has nine separate workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer and used to great effect – each with its own style and benefits.
Thanks to these stations, there are no specific level classes and you can show up at your own convenience. You'll be greeted by a friendly, qualified trainer who will show you how to do each exercise, based on your own fitness level. Every three minutes you change stations, so, by the time you reach station nine, your workout is over.

During those 30 minutes, you'll burn calories like never before. Because of its intensity, you'll continue on burning calories for several hours after the workout is complete. You'll be able to strengthen and tone your muscles, boost your stamina and endurance, relieve stress, and eliminate toxins from the body via sweating. All of these will help you increase your energy levels, improve your sleep, and raise the level endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin in your brain.
The 9Round stations:
Stations 1-2 Strength
At the beginning of the workout, you'll be focusing on working up your strength and stamina. You'll be using equipment such as dumb bells, medicine balls, kettle bells, and jump ropes. Trainers will be there to help you every step of the way.
Stations 3-8 Kickbox Fitness
Once strength training is over, the really fun part begins. You'll be punching and kicking heavy bags to increase power and endurance. Double end and speed bags will be used to increase your timing, speed, and coordination.
Station 9 - Abs and Core
Lastly, there's the abs and core workout. Your core is what ultimately allows you to stand strong on your feet and move around freely and without fear of unexpected injury. Regardless of age, working this, oftentimes, troubled area is crucial in leading a healthy lifestyle.
