A NuWave in Cooking! Best Roast Beef – EVER!

For a cook, nothing is more joyous than having the best tools to create a magnificent dish that even a world-class chef would compliment. Check out NuWave

If you live in a small space, you understand the importance of optimizing every square inch.  The downside, of course, means you also have to scale back on the number of kitchen gadgets, appliances and other accessories you once had.  No worries though, as there are geniuses in the world that have developed some pretty creative tools to make our lives a wee bit better.  YAH! Ladies and gentlemen, the culinary gods have blessed us!  Those that live in a tiny space will really want to listen up and those that just want to try something to make their lives easier, here you go.

I have limited space in my kitchen so any new gadget must step up to the plate and be prepared to multi-task.  Recently, I was introduced to the NuWave air fryer.  Oh my gosh, have the heavens opened up and is that an opera I hear?

Yeah, that's an Opera Singer!

The NuWave Air Fryer

Seriously though, this unit uses hot air to cook, broil, grill, dehydrate, reheat, defrost, bake, steam and air fry a variety of different dishes, including different sorts of meats, eggs, vegetables, and dough.  How does it do this you ask? Well, it utilizes a perfect blend of conduction and convection combined with infrared technology that turbo boosts power, speed and penetration to deliver tasty, healthy meals in half of the time as a regular oven.  No need to drench your food in artery-clogging oil!  It even has a capacity to fit a 16 lbs turkey.  Live in a tiny home and don’t have the oven space for a large turkey? Can’t use that excuse anymore.

For those of you with a dishwasher, all parts (save the powerhead) are dishwasher safe too.

So go on, give it a try!  Here’s a recipe below to get you started but if you want more, check out this cookbook.
