Is Epstein-Barr an invitation for spiritual awakening?
With all the things that we choose before each life, is it possible that we also choose the age for which we will start to show serious symptoms from EBV?

As many of you know, I have been blessed to have experienced a challenging pregnancy and to have come across Rosemarie Sciara and the amazing work she does through her business Nourished Wellness Coaching, based on the teachings by Medical Medium Anthony William.
According to Anthony William, there are 6 groups of Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) that can onset at the following ages: early childhood, age 20, age 30, age 40, age 50-60, and age 70-80.
Anthony also outlines that EBV goes through 4 stages: dormant, mono, hiding in an organ (often the liver or spleen), and then attacking your central nervous system. When EBV reaches the organs and/or nervous system, the person starts to exhibit symptoms of chronic illness. It is at this point that they can either resign to having these symptoms for life, or they can start to get more serious about self-acceptance, self-care, and (often) spiritual awakening.
Given that we choose so much about our life path prior to birth, including our:

...why wouldn't we also choose our age of onset for EBV?
Illness is not something to be afraid of!
Its often a gift. An invitation to grow, heal, and find a way to be of service.
Rosemarie's son developed PANDAS in early childhood. I believe this was a gift for her to step into her power as a nutritionist and expert in mystery symptoms/illnesses to support her son, herself, her family, and her clients.
As for me, my mom began to show symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and eventually Fibromyalgia and Insomnia at age 50yrs, following the same path as my maternal grandmother. And I, at age 41yrs, am beginning to show early symptoms for RA as well.
But I don't plan to follow their path of increasing medication and disability!
I plan to take this as an opportunity to do some generational healing, step into more self-care, and find ways to flip this into the gift that it is so that I can continue to give back and be of service (see: "Rheumatoid arthritis is a pain, maybe RestoreChi can help you let go...", a work in progress).
I share this so that people can start to see the opportunity presented to us when we are faced with the onset of chronic illness. No one is out to get us, we are not victims, we chose to come to earth at this time, we chose this path, and we each set our own alarm to WAKE UP and to stop being victims.
Are you going to WAKE UP or are you going to hit SNOOZE?

Sure, most people hit snooze and turn to medication to mask their symptoms. But you don't have to. You can wake up and embrace the gift that life is trying to offer you. You can flip your circumstance, from victim to victor, and be of service.
If you want to learn how to do this, reach out.
Rosemarie and I can show you the way, on a physical and spiritual level, and we have others in our network who can support you if your needs go beyond our specific areas of specialty.
