You Will Need:
- 1 ½ cup Coco Treasure Organic Coconut Sugar
- 1 ½ cup powdered milk
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup milk chocolate cocoa powder
- ½ cup powdered coffee creamer
- 1 quart canning jar with lid
Layer the ingredients in a 1 quart jar in the same order they are listed above. Pour each one in carefully, trying not to disturb the layers below. Tap the bottom of the jar lightly on the counter to settle the powders before adding the top layer. Screw on lid securely. Include a recipe card with these instructions:

Coconut Candy Cookie Mix

- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 Mounds candy bars chopped up unto chunks about the same size as a large chocolate chip
Layer the ingredients into a quart jar in the same order they are listed. Include a recipe card with these instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the chopped candy from the jar. Empty the remaining contents into a large mixing bowl and stir until the ingredients are well combined. Cut ¾ cup butter into small pieces. Use your hands to work the butter into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. In a small dish, beat 1 teaspoon vanilla into one egg. Stir the egg into the mixture along with the chopped candy. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet approximately 2 inches apart. Use the palm of your hand or the bottom of a glass to flatten the cookie. Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges turn golden. Transfer to a cooking rack. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
