Tip # 2: Make sure the listing information is correct! Your address, phone number, email, and website URL need to be accurate and displayed consistently on all directories.
Tip # 3: The #1 thing you can do to increase being found online is to claim your Google My Business page. You can enter your contact information, upload images, your Google map location, regular posts with offers & events. #googlemybusiness
Negative reviews will kill your business, so you need to deal with them. Say you’re sorry! Insert some marketing into your apology by telling them that you pride yourself in providing exceptional services or products. Take if offline if needed and make it right, then ask them to re-review you.
