Michael Doyle is a gifted speaker, musician, business coach and author who believes that everyone has the power to follow their dreams and live their purpose. Michael’s process is powerful, bringing you increased clarity and momentum towards your goals. Peaceful, strong and happy, he draws on his natural gifts of humor, intuition and life experience to bring out the full potential of his clients.
Although over all he had lived a full, fun and loved filled life he found himself at age 35 at an all time low. He was drinking in excess and weighted over 200 pounds. To put this in perspective in grade 12 he only weighted 115 pounds. He is naturally a slender person. On April 24, 2010 he somehow surrendered the struggle on a deeper level and asked for help from a higher power. This powerful shift started a snowball effect in the right direction. In the span of 14 months he quit drinking, cleaned up his nutrition, took up running, started lifting weights, learned how to swim while over coming his fear of deep water and completed two sprint triathlons. We all have the power to make small changes daily that makes a big impact overtime.
Jessika Marie is a Yoga Instructor, Nutritionist, Artist, Coach, Facilitator, and Motivational Speaker.
An advocate for living a life anchored in the present, and moving forward, Jessika’s mission is to share her personal experiences and professional background to help others seek out the healing and health that they yearn for. As a young person Jessika struggled with depression and anxiety and though on the outside she seemed to have a 'good head on her shoulders' she often found herself drowning in the ocean of her own negative self talk and lack of self worth. At times she nearly gave up and found herself in hospitals or treatment centres and though helpful during the crisis she still struggled into her adult years. She made a conscious decision after becoming pregnant at 19 to find a way to heal without the medications that were being given to her as she held on to the belief that she had the power within herself to heal and care for the wounded aspect of her 'Self'. This journey took her on many adventures around the world, most recently Mt Kilimanjaro in Tanzania Africa. Where she summited the tallest freestanding mountain in the world over 19,300 feet. She took her demons with her and offered them to the morning sky. Since her return she has decided to not hoard the gifts of her journey for only her own healing and has begun to share her story in a public way. She has created a speaking engagement and fundraiser that raises money for the school where she stayed in Africa and at the same time bring awareness to mental health by opening up in a real way about her struggles. This has also translated into a Lifestyle Counselling service as she strives to support people in a holistic way as both their ally and guide. She believes in everyone's innate ability to heal. She believes that we are not our circumstance. She believes that You are the Mountain. Now climb!
Rachel Bolton is a life coach supporting women around the world to stop shoulding themselves and live life on purpose. Rachel believes rich life experience is the greatest wealth you can have, so outside of work, you’ll find her exploring the world – near and far – with friends, family and especially her daughter. We learn early to compromise rather than demanding what we want. We spend our lives doing just that. In the process, we give away little pieces of ourselves without even realizing it...until we've lost touch with who we really are. When Rachel Bolton woke up homeless on New Year's Day, instead of being devastated she knew it was an opportunity to rebuild life on her own terms.
Monica is a graduate of the University of Toronto, a practicing pharmacist, a father of two and a motorcycle enthusiast. She also enjoys playing the drums and performs professionally. She was born Christopher John Miatello and lived a relatively normal childhood in a loving family although hiding a deep, dark secret from her earliest recollection. She transition to female in May of 1997.
She speaks about her journey and the lessons she has learned along the way. Ultimately, she has come to the conclusion that self-acceptance is the key...one must "approve" of their life before seeking "approval" from others.
Dennis is an Architect, Builder, Entrepreneur and very amateur speaker. He operates between the world of imagination and reality, from designing custom homes using pen and paper, to seeing his designs all the way through to completion and handing over the keys to his clients.
He's also a very amateur triathlete and is in training for his first Half IronMan in the summer of 2017. It was early 2010 and without a definitive plan, he was energized to strike it out on his own. Dennis was turning down job offers, banking on two things: grit and perseverance to "make it work". In a few short years, the phone began to ring faster than he could answer; things were beginning to boil. Business was on the up and up, until one day it all came crashing down.
Krystal has had an interesting past when it comes to love. This past Fall, she implemented a long over due and much needed 'Dating Break' to take the time she needed to really find out how to love herself - and to get to the bottom of why she was attracting men who were so far off from who she thought she wanted to be with. What an eye opening and amazing experience! She is sharing the story of her love for herself and how it's helping her better love others.
