Must-Know Spring Market Tips!
If you are buying, selling, or interested in investing, the FHK family of realtors share great tips for navigating the Spring market.
Curb Appeal Matters
Varsha, an extraordinary Realtor at Forest Hill Keystone, says, “Curb appeal matters. Put some thought and planning into making the outside of your home as welcoming as the inside.
Clean up debris and deal plants from the winter and plant some fresh flowers and greens to liven up the outside. Power wash your doors, windows, and driveway to make sure your outside sparkles.”
Turning your attention inside, Varsha mentions, “Do a paint check-up. Doors, trim, garage doors deserve a fresh coat of paint. Fresh paint goes a long way to making your listing photos look high quality and creating an inviting atmosphere.
Before you list, do a walk through with your Realtor to ensure the list price reflects the current market conditions.”

Inventory levels down 17% YOY
Tanya, the Managing partner at Forest Hill Keystone, is excited about the spring.
She comments, “The spring market is reflecting a seller’s market. The macro and micro approaches are essential when pricing a home or putting an offer in for a buyer. The inventory level of homes is less than 17% YOY (source: TREB).
Due to these decreased inventory levels, coupled with the immigration opportunity, the market is great for sellers.”
