Sometimes to move forward we to take a look at ourself first.

Do you have a healthy mindset??????

What? What did I just ask? Says so many people. Their reply is “I’m normal”. So, can be define normal and is it getting you to where you want to be? If not, then maybe it is time to change it. But how do you do that?

Do you repeat the same mistakes over in life and often wonder why? (It’s your mindset). How do you alter this to finally achieve the results you want and desire in life?

Best way to influence your thoughts and create new habits independent of your environment is through the higher set of our mind, our intellect.

Most of us let the outside activities dictate how we feel inside. This causes us to be a victim of what is happening in the world today. There is a way to overcome this though. It involves discipline though. What can you do to remove yourself from these negative influences?

Stop watching the news.

Stop hanging around with friends that have nothing positive to say.

Basically, stop looking for negatives. Guaranteed you will find them. Instead, why not try something new. I challenge you to find a “win” that happened today. It does not have to be something big. Small things, added together can amount to enormous things.eg. A stranger smiles at me. How did that make you feel? What would it be like to influence others to feel that same way? Good? Then why not do it?

What I have said so far has probably overwhelmed a few of you. That’s ok. Take it slow. Small changes really do count.

Try it. You will love the outcome.
