How can your work benefit yourself and your community?

Finding Your Niche

Sometimes we find ourselves working jobs we can’t stand, but we keep trucking along because we have endless responsibilities that require a steady income. Bills, rent, mortgage, insurance, car repairs, gas, groceries, not to mention weekly outings and maybe our child’s dance lessons. We can end up in a vicious cycle of working to survive, forgetting about our passions, and end up traveling down a road of unhappiness. And sometimes we have trouble finding work all together.  But what if you could create the perfect job for yourself? A job that would inspire you. A job that would benefit those around you. A job that would be rewarding emotionally and financially.

Finding Your Niche

Sometimes our purpose in life is right at our fingertips. We just need to make the plunge and follow our passions. Next time you have a hunch - the spark of a new idea - it might be worth looking into! The pursuit of one small idea might take you places you never imagined. It may end up growing into a unique and successful business.

What’s your niche? What makes you special? Everyone has something unique to offer. A so-called “purpose in life.” What’s yours? Is there something in your community that’s missing? Take a look around. Listen to the needs of those around you. Maybe YOU have the answer! Your idea may be the next big thing and a way to help give back to your community.
