Returning to a Former Home for the First Time After Being Traded

A Journey into Hockey
Like many we were moved the other night when P.K. Subban was received by Montreal fans at he Bell Centre for the first time after his trade to Nashville.
It got us to thinking about other "big trades" of the course of hockey history that generated as much buzz when a traded player returned back for the first time.
Here are some that come to mind:
Phil Esposito trades: Espo's return to Chicago after being traded to the Bruins, and his return to Boston after being traded to New York
Ed Giacomin retruns to New after being traded to the Detroit Red Wings
Bernie Effrion returns to Montreal as member of the New York Rangers
Gordie Howe returns to Detroit for the first time after leaving for the WHA
Howie Morenz returns to Montreal after being traded to Chicago
Frank Mahovilich returns to Toronto after being traded to Detroit
Terry Sawchuck and Red Kelly return to Detroit after being traded to Toronto
Bobby Orr's first return to Boston in a Chcago uniform
Wayne Gretzky returns to Edmonton
Toe Blake after his trade from the Maroons to the Canadiens
Patrick Roy returns to Montreal as member of the Colorado Avalanche
The Nordiques return to Montreal for the first time after leaving for Colorado
Arizona Coyotes visit Winnipeg to play the new Jets for the first time after they left town years earlier.
