Ben in the Sack ?

Not really – but that could be a dream headline for those involved in charting Hackensack’s new path.

NJ.com reports that actor Ben Stiller was in town the other day. While here he stopped at the Lido Restaurant. A picture accompanied the articled.

The conjecture is that he may have been in town scouting out the area as a possible location for filming.

Those involved in Hackensack’s change would love to be able to say that Ben was drawn by the new buzz of the area.

Who knows for sure.

But to receive publicity like this for the community and the landmark Lido – well, it’s all good.

My own preferred headline: “A celebrity diner at Lido”
