Remembering Dinners Out from Years Ago

I wanted to direct you to a cool article recently in the Northern Valley Press.

Entitled "Closter Site Has Been a Restaurant—With Many Owners— Since 1920s", it chronicles the history of restaurants at 4311 Piermont Road.The site, now home of Sears Stake House was long remembered as Peking Duck House. But thanks to an old newspaper ad the article recalls Thanksgiving dinner from deceased ago when the place was.

The article also makes reference to one establishment that was a local institution when I was a kid - Danny's Steak House.
