A Historic Downtown Intersection

Some major Canadian intersections are well-known: Bay and King Streets, Prtage and Main, Peel and St. Catherine.

Less known beyond but equally significant is the locally is intersection of Water and Main in Cambridge.

Just beyond the river, it was the crossroads of commerce. Interestingly, while many places have changed beyond recognition, this corner would be recognizable to those of earlier times.
