When you feel good inside, your heart beats with joy, your lungs breathe with ease and your step gets a little peppier. Overall, you feel so much better than when you are sad.
Happiness is a State of MInd
Along the way when you meet others this feeling of happiness bounces onto them and they can't help but embrace it. That is the beauty of being Happy. It's contagious like laughter. In fact, you do laugh more when you're happy.
As a Certified Happiness Coach, one way to feel better is to have an attitude of gratitude for life that sparks joy.
This year I met some incredible women who gave me even more happy moments than I could anticipate. Life really is about the choices we make. We can choose to wallow in a pity party when things challenge us, or we can choose to rise above it and look for those sparkles of joy that are simply waiting for us to embrace. Sometimes we need to reset our triggers and that is where a coach can assist.
As a Coach, I realize there are times we need to reset our own triggers and seek out a coach to improve our quality of life. My relationship with food was in need of some nurturing, and I reached out to Molly Sanders of Get Real To Heal program. It is a 12-week program, and I learned how to, once again, embrace my passion for food preparation and eating healthy meals. Boost of Happy
On my list of happy, joyful, people who bring sparkle to my life and feed my happiness appetite, is my Grandson. Yes, I am a happy proud Nana and every day my Grandson gives me sparkles. He was a part of my first published book and we have the most fun conversations about life in all it's glory.
Children have no filters, they look forward to each day with anticipation, excitement and no pre-conditioned expectations. They get up each morning and lean in to their day. They laugh at little things and love dancing in the rain. They live a life fearless and full on. They truly are a boost of happy.
We want to remember what it is like being a child and have a day every once in a while where we live like a child again. You may be surprised how easy it is to find Happiness, sparkles, Joy and abundance in almost everything that shows up in our daily lives.
