Hot Cocoa Microwave Popcorn
When it's chilly outside, enjoy the best of two spectacular snacks with this delicately sweetened popcorn treat made in the microwave.

1½ tablespoons popcorn kernels
½ teaspoon coconut oil
½ teaspoon cocoa powder
½ teaspoon sugar
Pinch of salt
Hot Cocoa Popcorn
Add popcorn kernels to a brown paper bag and fold the top of the paper bag over three times.
Microwave until the popping stops, 1 to 1½ minutes.
Place coconut oil in a small, microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, about 20 seconds. Stir with a fork.
Add the oil, cocoa powder, sugar and salt to the bag over the popped popcorn.
Fold the top of the bag, hold closed and shake to coat.
For a really yummy option add some mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Enjoy!
