I have recently interviewed the amazing Amanda Frankeny on the definition of body confidence and what it means to have a healthy relationship with food, your body and self love? Often our relationship with food and body can be influenced by cultural norms and diet culture. Amanda is a licensed registered dietitian working as a nutritionist, public health consultant and contributor to the Huffington Post.
She shares what true body confidence is and how your body functions when it's balanced. I was thrilled to have her on ITOC Italian as her ideas aligned with mine and how I healed my own struggles with my body image and limiting beliefs around food. Our wish for you is to gain some insight on how to love your body from the inside out. When we have true self love, our confidence rises and our limiting beliefs fade away!
