● Diet- Healthy and skin-friendly diet, along with some essential vitamins for healthy skin should be a part of your skincare. Don’t forget to take your greens.

● Contact- Try to avoid touching your face too often. The skin on your face is more sensitive and touching it too often may harm it.

● Products- Avoid using too many products and use products that are mild and are easy on your skin type.
