Welcome to My Tool Box at A Sacred Journey:
For those who do not know, I have an egg sensitivity. I am actually unable to take the flu shot due to an allergic reaction. My family doctor told me not to get the shot again based on my reaction. This left me open to the flu and other seasonal issues in the fall and winter, so I turned to more natural support.
To help me seasonally, I use elderberry syrup for its immune boosting properties and I use DoTERRA's On Guard to support me throughout the winter months. I work with young children, lots of adults, and I am in the hospital supporting my clients as a doula. All I can say is lots of potential germs. So far I have been sick once this season, and it was minor in comparison to those who shared their germs with me.
