Peanut Butter Avacodo Cookie Recipe

Avacodo Cookies, & why they're so great!
Everyone loves guacamole made with avacodos, now you can bake this heart-healthy nutritious fruit. Avocados are packed with disease-fighting antioxidants, contain more potassium than bananas and are loaded with fiber.
Ingredients

2/3 cup ripe fresh avocados, halved, peeled, then mashed
1 cup peanut butter
2 egg
2/3 cup agave nectar or honey
1-1/2 cup oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix well avacodo, peanut butter, eggs and honey. Mix in baking powder then stir in chocolate chips. Cover baking sheet with parchement paper and scoop cookie mixture with spoon onto baking sheet then flatten top slightly with a fork.
Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.
