Located at the newly renovated Tiger Lofts building. We offer a diverse selection of private and semi-private group instruction on the Reformer, Trapeze Table, EXO Chair, and Arcs. We also offer semi-private group instruction for Hatha Yoga and the TRX Suspension Training System. We provide unique results oriented training for the general population, injury rehabilitation & prevention, athletic enhancement, and instructor training & mentoring. We integrate a mindful approach to exercise with the latest advances in anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and functional fitness. At Mindful Life Studio we teach you how to transform your body for life.

About Pamela Knight

Pamela Knight, owner of the Mindful Life Studio in Cambridge, Ontario is a highly regarded practitioner of the Pilates Method and Hatha Yoga Instruction. It is through her diverse background and expertise that allows Pamela to guide individuals to explore their deep inner potential through movement and help clients achieve a new found sense of inner balance.

With over twenty years of experience, Pamela has instructed at fitness centres and specialized movement facilities throughout Ontario, Alberta and Bermuda. She holds a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion from Fanshawe College and has enjoyed past employment as a Health & Wellness Consultant for various corporations such as Nortel, Toyota and Manulife.

Pamela is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher that holds a diploma from the Yoga Studio College of Calgary and certification from the Sunjeevan Yoga Darshan in Pune, India. She completed her Pilates certification through the Physical Mind Institute of New York City and she is currently a Faculty Instructor for Balanced Body, the leading edge provider for Pilates Education world-wide.
