When Dr. Collia isn’t working shifts in the ER, she can be found improving Pediatric Trauma management training, Pediatric procedural skills workshops, improving the educational experience of trainees rotating through the ER and being a member of the hospital Peer Support Group.

Melissa Sulley (she/her) is a Pregnancy & Infant Loss Doula with a Bachelor of Psychology and Education. She is the mother of three children earth-side and seven children waiting for her in the stars. Her first experience with pregnancy loss was in 2015 when she lost her son Josiah at 20 weeks. After Josiah, she lost three more babies in the second trimester and three within the first trimester. Melissa is passionate about sharing her personal journey through grief and helping others navigate through the difficult waters of loss. In 2017, she built her own business, josiah+co., as a way to honour her babies as well as all the other babies gone too soon. She calls Hamilton, Ontario home where she resides with her husband and kiddos
