Every year in honour of World Continence Week I host an event called Kegels & Cocktails...in person and as a virtual event.

The world is opening up again and I am planning a LIVE event in June, but I can't wait that long so am hosting a virtual version on April 6!!

Wednesday, April 6 at 5pm Pacific Time, join me and an amazing lineup of speakers who will educate you about a host of topics surrounding pelvic health for women.

About Kegels and Cocktails.

We are told that light bladder leakage is ‘just part of being a woman’. That is NOT TRUE! Women are misinformed and fed disempowering messages about pelvic health. Drugs and surgery can play a role but should not be offered as the first or only line of defence.

You deserve to know how to protect, improve and maintain your pelvic health for life and it starts by hearing from women’s health professionals like the ones featured at Kegels & Cocktails.

Incontinence, organ prolapse, vaginal dryness and pain with sex are all topics that many deal with and often suffer in silence with.

It’s time to end the shame and suffering!

Tickets are $10 and 50% of each ticket will be donated to the Mokita Fund for Women.
