Getting to know Brian Farley, The Financial Guy

When working with matters as intimate and sensitive as personal finances, it’s important to find someone you trust and feel comfortable with.

Trusting someone you feel comfortable speaking with and with whom you can be open and honest about not only “the numbers”, but your hopes, dreams, fears, uncertainties is vital. It’s important that your advisor acknowledges what is important to you and respects your values and choices.

Getting to know Brian Farley, The Financial Guy

Brian, why did you choose financial planning?

My family has a history in the industry. My mother, father, and grandfather were in insurance and the investment business. It was important to understand finances and regular table talk with the family was often about finances and helping others. It was a natural process to follow in my families footsteps. As a family man it was important to help families make great investment choices, but more important; to understand their finances, good debt and bad debt, and have an understanding that everything they bring in and everything they spend, is connected. I wanted to also offer my knowledge to small business owners.”
